Evam’s ESG governance is overseen by the Board of Directors and supported by a dedicated ESG Committee established in 2025. ESG activities are coordinated by the R&D & ESG Manager and integrated into corporate strategy and risk management.

Environmental Responsiblity
Evam measures and manages its environmental impact through carbon footprint calculation, energy efficiency initiatives, remote working practices, sustainable transportation, and waste reduction. The 2025 report establishes our emissions baseline and reduction roadmap toward 2030.

Social Responsibility
Our social approach focuses on employee well-being, diversity and inclusion, continuous learning, health and safety, and workplace engagement. The ESG Report 2025 presents key workforce indicators, development initiatives, and social performance metrics.

Ethics
