Evam Partners with Match-Maker Ventures to Scale Real-Time AI Decisioning for Telecom Operators

The partnership pairs Evam’s evamX platform with MMV’s senior operator access, helping telcos act on customer events in milliseconds London, October 2026 — Evam, the real-time AI decisioning platform for Tier 1 banks and telcos, today announced a partnership with Match-Maker Ventures (MMV), which helps proven B2B tech companies scale in telco and ICT. Through the partnership, MMV will bring Evam to telecom operators globally, helping them act on customer events within milliseconds to increase offer acceptance, conversion and retention. Most operators still plan and execute customer engagement in batches. Offers are built for segments defined days or weeks earlier and reach the customer long after the behavior that triggered them. Acceptance rates stay low, contact frequency is wasted on the wrong customers, and churn signals are answered too late to matter.Evam removes that delay. Its platform, evamX, processes live events from the network, billing, CRM, app and contact center, uses AI to decide the best action for each individual customer in milliseconds, and executes it across both marketing and operational channels, including messaging, provisioning, charging and fulfillment. It runs on top of the systems an operator already uses, without duplicating their data or replacing their existing stack, and can be deployed on-premise, in private or public cloud/SaaS, or hybrid.Today Evam runs customer engagement for operators and financial institutions in 18 countries across four continents, delivering more than 200 million personalized experiences a day to over 600 million end users. At Turkcell, deciding next best offers on live customer events doubled offer acceptance. At Moldcell, running campaigns on the same real-time foundation made them four times faster to launch, so marketing teams can respond to customer behavior while it still matters.Under the partnership, MMV will shape positioning for operator audiences, open access at senior level and drive opportunities from first conversation through to contract. Evam will lead deployment and delivery. The two teams are already in active discussions with several operators.“Operators have more customer data than ever, but most of it is acted on too late. evamX puts AI decisioning at the exact moment the customer acts, choosing and executing the next best action in milliseconds on top of the stack operators already run. MMV combines deep telecom expertise with senior access to operators worldwide, which makes them the right partner to bring this to more operators, faster,” said Doruk Mutlu, CEO of Evam.Dr. Nicolai Schättgen, CEO of Match-Maker Ventures, added: “Operators are under pressure to grow the top line without launching another heavy platform project. Evam works on top of the existing stack, makes the decision in the moment the customer acts, and has the KPIs to prove the impact. We believe that combination will make a measurable difference to how operators engage their customers.”
About Evam
Evam is the real-time AI decisioning layer for Tier 1 banks and telcos. Its agentic platform, evamX, senses live customer signals, decides the next best action for each customer in milliseconds and executes it across marketing and operational channels, on top of the systems enterprises already run. Operators and financial institutions in 18 countries across four continents use Evam to increase offer acceptance, reduce churn and launch campaigns faster. Evam is recognized by Forrester and Gartner and highly rated by customers on G2. The EMEA footprint spans 21 reports, the largest of any region.
Driven Entirely by Customer Feedback
Every badge and ranking in the G2 Spring 2026 Reports is based on verified reviews submitted by real Evam customers. There are no sponsored placements, no analyst scores, no vendor-controlled inputs. This makes the recognition especially meaningful — each badge is a direct signal of the experiences enterprises are having with the platform, the support teams, and the partnerships we build together."Enterprises choosing Evam need real-time engagement that works at scale, across channels, and across regions. These G2 results reflect not just what our platform does — but how our customers experience working with us every day."— Doruk Mutlu CEO EvamAs organizations continue moving from batch-based campaigns toward real-time, event-driven customer engagement, Evam's G2 Spring 2026 performance positions the platform clearly among the fastest-growing and most trusted solutions in the market.

tbi bank: Bulgaria Currency Transition in Real Time | Evam

tbi bank, a digital challenger bank operating in Bulgaria, Romania and Greece, recently faced an operational challenge during Bulgaria’s currency transition from the Bulgarian Lev (BGN) to the Euro (EUR). The bank’s team had to ensure that tens of thousands of customer communications were updated overnight, while handling millions of different value combinations across multiple channels and customer journeys. The main complexity was not the currency change itself, but how monetary values needed to be displayed:•	In 2025: values had to be shown as BGN (EUR)•	In 2026: values had to be shown as EUR (BGN) To accomplish this, tbi bank carefully coordinated updates across push notifications, Viber, SMS, email, and in-app messaging, relying on Evam’s real-time engagement layer to execute the transformations safely without touching core banking systems or data sources.Evam supports real-time ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations, which allowed tbi to:•	Transform currency values dynamically •	Apply correct formatting based on year and regulatory requirements•	Keep all existing data sources, integrations, and events unchangedThis approach enabled tbi to update communications quickly and safely without introducing risk into core banking systems. The currency transition affected several high-frequency customer journeys, including:•	Onboarding in its Super app •	Neon card tokenization•	Cash and shopping limits•	Loan and current account top-ups•	Utility payments•	Deposit and savings account balance updates•	P2P transfers•	In-app Shopping and checkoutThrough careful planning, team coordination, and the capabilities of Evam’s engagement layer, tbi bank ensured that the transition ran smoothly, with all customer journeys updated accurately and without disruption.Igor Shumytskyi, Head of Reengagement Campaign Engineering, tbi bank “Tens of thousands of communications had to be switched from Bulgarian Leva to Euro overnight. The complexity was in millions of value combinations needed to be displayed across communication channels and customer journeys. Evam allowed us to handle this at the engagement layer, without changing our data sources or events, helping make the euro transition seamless for both our team and Bulgarian customers” This case demonstrates that regulatory and market changes do not always require full re-integration with core systems - effective planning and the right engagement tools allow banks like tbi to execute complex transitions efficiently and reliably.
