 Holding a BA in Economics from Koç University, Melis Cömert Okçu started her career in external auditing in PwC in 2006.  After receiving her BA in English Literature from Ankara University, Tuğba Dandin Sümer completed a Human Resources Program at Boğaziçi University in 2007 and earned her Executive MBA degree from Koç University in 2009. Having started her professional career in 2000 as the Customer Relations Manager at Porter Novelli, Sümer went on to work at Gantek Technology as the Marketing Manager in 2004, and from 2007 onwards, worked as the Human Resources and Corporate Communications Director where she was responsible for Turkey and the CIS region. Following this, she worked as the Human Resources Director at Kron.
