We are looking for a VP of Professional Services who is passionate about CS, analyzes the customer journey to speed up client outcomes, and builds teams to make it happen.

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience managing teams in Customer Success, Professional Services functions, or Presales in the enterprise software field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Scrum Master, Agile Team, or Kan-Ban experience is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate with and manage the business and technical team members and decision-makers of customers.
  • Effective people management skills, experience in technical team management, capable of managing technical and non-technical counterparts.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, out-of-the-boxthinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome problems while working directly with customers.
  • Self-motivated and self-driven.
  • Worked or willing to work in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment.
  • A keen understanding of Java, data, databases, enterprise architecture, enterprise projects, and principles.
  • Experience in a technical capacity working directly with software (product management, engineering, development, technical support, product and/or solution marketing, pre-sales, solution delivery).
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodology (PMP certification) is a plus.
  • Very good command of English

What You Will Do:

  • Manage EVAM’s global Customer Success, Managed Services, and Support Teams while working directly with partners, customers, and sales teams to manage EVAM’s diversified product line-up through the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Understand customer business and technology needs and become the face of EVAM to the customer.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and customer team members.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to increase the value they create with Evam and ensure their success and loyalty using Evam’s products.
  • Mentor Customer Success team members.
  • Provide best-of-class project management, delivery, implementation, customer support, and managed services.
  • Manage the budget of the entire team and each individual project.
  • Create hiring plans together with company management.Identify revenue opportunities in existing engagements and hand them over to sales team
  • Identify high churn-risk customers and cover them to prevent churn
  • Understand and manage customers’ needs and expectations, balancing customer satisfaction and account profitability.
  • Develop and run onboarding and training programs for new hires of the Customer Success team.
  • Facilitate technical and business knowledge sharing within the Customer Success team to develop team capabilities.
