Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an International Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us recruit the best international talents.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-4 years of IT or Technical recruitment experience in an international/multicultural environment
• Experience as a technical researcher, sourcer, technical recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, headhunter, or similar
• Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Ability to work independently and come up with creative solutions

What you will do:

• Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
• Interview candidates combining various methods
• Partnering directly with Hiring Managers to understand their teams hiring needs and team Dynamics
• Gathering market insights data regarding the IT environment and provide with innovative ideas on how to attract the best talent
• Headhunting potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Supporting employer branding initiatives/projects
• Support the development of TA programs and identify recommendations to continuously improve the recruitment processes
