We are looking for a talented Sales Support Engineers to join our team!
Description:
The Sales Support Engineer (Presales) who will act as a trusted advisor to our customers by inspiring and influencing them to enable better ways of working and to help them transition into Evam solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and matching customer’s business issues and objectives with Evam technology differentiators and will assist in developing business value propositions around Evam products and solutions. You will also support large Enterprise and Corporate accounts.
What you’ll do at Evam:
- Working with Evam Sales team and Partners to define offering and develop solutions.
- Engaging with the customer to drive technical understanding of Evam solution and value proposition for business needs while providing insight on product developments and technical capabilities.
- Assisting sales leads to develop value propositions around Evam products and solutions
- Leading business value discussions using technical sales presentations
- Perform product demos
- Build the foundation for a successful PoC, and lead the process.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within a technical pre-sales position
- Principle knowledge of database management systems software such as Oracle, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL Programming Language
- Good knowledge of programming languages such as Java. Python, Shell scripting
- Knowledge of Cloud Solutions such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud
- Principle knowledge working with, configuring, and troubleshooting Operating Systems based on Unix/Linux and Windows
- Experience working with Message Systems such as Kafka
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand
- Ability to establish relationships with sales teams and engage with the customer’s technical personnel to form partnerships
- Ability to recognize and develop new opportunities
