Proposal Manager

You will be responsible for the technical review of customer bid specifications in close collaboration with sales and other departments, both locally and globally. 

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant department,
• Min 4+ years of relevant experience in proposal management
• Software/IT domain experience is preferred,
• High sense of urgency and the ability to develop action plans, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, plus cooperation, interpersonal, and presentation skills to manage internal and external interfaces.
• Fluent in English
• Open to challenges and continuous learning

What you will do:

• Receiving and reviewing RFQ & RFP, developing proposals, creating cost estimates and technical documentation for tender submissions.
• Ability to manage all the customer requirements and work closely with the sales department during Technical and Commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from various stakeholders, typically involving sales, product teams, finance, legal, and marketing contributions.
• Ensuring Legal Counsel has the opportunity to review the contract and that risks have been assessed and referred for action
• Prepare a final proposal for submittal to the customer, including any documentation such as technical data sheets, bids forms, commercial forms, legal forms, etc.
