We are looking for a “Project Manager” to be responsible for our local & global projects.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/computer sciences or equivalent degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/Telco/Banking
  • Full project life cycle ownership: develop and manage all aspects of the project from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues;
  • Capable of facilitating multiple projects/people across multiple locations
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, across all levels of the organization
  • Experience working with internal/external stakeholders in multiple geographic regions
  • Fluency in English

What You Will Do:

  • Day-to-dayay project management and delivery of onboarding & consulting services for Evam Customers throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring delivery meets customer requirements on time and within budget
  • Partner with project team resources to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Report weekly status updates and raise project risks to clients and the account team
  • Assist in Document client business rules, requirements, and customizations and ensure accurate configuration of the product
  • Partner with the full account team on engagements including representatives from sales, success and support organizations to ensure client satisfaction
  • Proactively identify and contribute to process improvements including automation opportunities and execution playbooks
  • Deliver meaningful product feedback to leadership and the product management team
  • Chart a customer product plan post onboarding, identify potential opportunities for expansion
