Presales Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to RFPs, making demos of the Evam products to the customers, answering technical and product-related questions, and orchestrating the work between different teams within Evam to quickly respond to all client queries.

At Evam, we primarily work with customers in the banking and telecom domains, so prior experience in these industries is a big plus.

We are looking for someone who has experience selling and/or implementing software solutions for large enterprises. Additionally, past experience with CRM, campaign management, and customer engagement systems is also very important.

What you will do:

• Respond to RFPs and RFIs in a timely and accurate manner
• Conduct product demonstrations for customers
• Answer technical and product-related questions from customers
• Work with different teams within Evam to quickly respond to all client queries
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
• Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Evam and our products
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals and presentations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Min 5 years of experience in presales
• Experience in selling and/or implementing software solutions for large enterprises
• Familiarity with CRM, campaign management, and customer engagement systems
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in the banking and/or telecom industries is a big plus
