In this role, you will partner with the teams across the company including product, sales, and  customer success, this cross-team collaboration is essential for you to develop, refine and position  EVAM products and this is a high-impact role that will report directly to the CEO.

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations for technology products  (preferably SaaS), building and maintaining marketing processes and integrations to  support demand generation
  • Excellent communication skills and can explain technical concepts
  • Understand customer pain points, rapidly problem-solve and convert ideas into  software that ships on time
  • Lead, manage and mentor a team of marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully rolling out product go-to-market strategies. • Proactive self-starter who looks to find solutions, takes initiative and is willing to go the  extra mile to achieve the best possible outcome
  • Have worked closely with B2B sales organizations and understand their strategy for  managing pipelines and closing deals, processes, and systems integration requirements • Preferably B2B MarTech solutions experience
  • Preferably B2B marketing experience in a different region

What you will do:

  • Design and implement the lead generation
  • Create the product marketing vision and strategy based on understanding our product  portfolio, customer needs & journeys, market trends, competitive landscape, and  opportunities.
  • Propose, design, and launch a variety of online and offline activities to increase brand  awareness and drive engagement
  • Manage a local PR agency to strengthen our media positioning in the country
  • Develop and implement inbound marketing programs to increase customer awareness  through corporate website content, search engine optimization, blogging, videos, social  media, etc. • Work closely with the regional sales team to deliver sales and growth targets.
