We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager who will be responsible to run the accounting and financial activities, gather and monitor financial transactions and prepare relevant reports.

What you’ll do at Evam:

• Structure the P&L, produce & control and analyze P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
• Perform month-end closure activities (bank transactions, tax, OPEX/CAPEX accounts, intercompany, revenue reporting, etc.)
• Support budget process and monthly forecasting
• Periodical & Ad-hoc financial reporting
• Coordinate the relationship with the finance teams in other countries
• Consolidation of financials
• Reports on the progress of financial overview throughout the year
• Stakeholder management of 3rd parties (i.e. banks)
• Management of vendor reconciliations
• Handle outsourcing service procurement, payroll, tax issues, invoice, and payment processes
• Manage and coordinate the independent audit process
• Support projects related to finance system integrations & automation
• Ownership of the collection process
• Supervise and train the Senior Finance specialist on daily transactions, accounting entries, invoicing, and payables management

What we are looking for:

• Degree in related fields such as Economics, Business Administration, etc
• Good knowledge of Finance processes and Finance technology
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (total min experience required 7- 8 years)
• Ownership and drive
• High-level analytical capability
• Strong social and relationship-building skills
• Speedy outcome
• Cross-functional working ability
• Well organized, careful, and patient, with high attention to detail
• Accounting qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA, SMM) is preferred.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
