We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our Customer Success team!

What you’ll do at Evam:

  • Work for design and execution of EVAM solutions
  • Responsible for the business and technical analysis of the processes for end to end integration of EVAM,
  • Translating business requirement documents into functional specifications and collection of detailed customer requirements,
  • Analysis of workflow and its interaction with other systems,
  • Providing high quality, actionable and understandable analysis documentation, creating test scenarios and running the tests with the customer,
  • Being in close contact with the related Engagement Manager and other parties during the analysis process,
  • Analyzing integration related technical problems of customers and provide coordination between customer and technical teams for fast and permanent solutions.
  • Informing customer after integration process and preparing documents and sharing the technical model of implementation.

What we are looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics and other related departments
  • Fluent in English
  • At least 2 years of experience in business analysis
  • Basic knowledge about programming languages and relational databases
  • Being customer-oriented, solution-oriented and analytic thinker, fast learner, proactive
  • Good at following up with tasks, detail-oriented
  • Excellent written (email, reporting, presentation) and verbal (informal, presentation) communication skills
  • Ability to manage effective relationships and handle pressure
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Digital marketing , Personalization knowledge will be a plus

Experience with campaign management tools is a plus
